Our Mission

Net International Trading Pty Limited trading as Net International Finance (NIF) was established in May 2000 as a mortgage broker specializing in residential and commercial loans, arranged primarily through VOW Financial.

With a proven track record in arranging loans from $50,000 to 23,000,000, NIF has now developed into a Finance broker Winner under the VOW Financial Banner. Our experience and network of business contacts enables us to offer our clients a variety brokerage service, from initial needs assessment, through to the valuation and overseeing the Loan Mortgage Insurance stage.

Today, NIF has won many awards for providing comprehensive services from different banks and has a successful office located in the busy CBD of Lane Cove, employing two full time staff.

Directors

Mr. Farhad Dalvand BA(Accg), MBA

Farhad Dalvand’s holds qualifications in the accounting, and marketing disciplines. His overseas experience includes the management of international airports, involving responsibilities for a large workforce of over 210.

In Australia he has been involved in several management roles and has successfully owned and operated his own business over the last 10 years. As a qualified accountant, he is responsible for guiding the venture though its administrative and financial obligations and for the Joint Venture’s overall business direction.

Jim Loghmani BSc (Eng), MSc (ConMgt), California State University

A qualified civil engineer holding a masters qualification in Construction Management, Mr. Jim Loghmani has over 24 years experience in the fields of Project Management, building, construction and engineering consultancy. Jim Loghmani brings to the JV a wealth of experience ranging from small dual occupancy projects, to large multi-story (6) development both locally and overseas.
